Welcome to Paxmeet, owned and operated by Trigunaye Technologies Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and related services (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or attend events independently on Paxmeet.
If you are under 18, you must have verified parental or guardian consent.
By registering, you confirm that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
2. Account & Verification
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Multiple accounts, impersonation, or use of false details are prohibited.
For safety, certain features (e.g., hosting events) may require KYC verification.
Paxmeet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
3. Services Provided
Paxmeet allows users to create, discover, and join real-world events.
We act as a facilitator only. Event content, conduct, safety, and compliance are the sole responsibility of the host.
We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, legality, or success of any event.
4. Payments, Fees & Refunds
Paid events may be subject to ticket prices, deposits, or service fees.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways; Paxmeet does not store financial data.
Paxmeet may deduct a platform service fee from transactions.
Refunds:
Subject to host’s cancellation/refund policy.
Paxmeet is not liable for refunds unless legally required.
If events are canceled due to law enforcement, safety concerns, or force majeure, refunds will be at the discretion of the host and/or payment processor.
5. Event Participation
Participation in events is at your own risk.
Hosts must ensure compliance with local laws, venue permissions, and safety standards.
Paxmeet is not liable for accidents, injuries, damages, or disputes arising from event participation.
6. User Responsibilities & Conduct
Users agree to:
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Respect the rights, safety, and dignity of other users.
Not post, share, or promote content that is:
False, misleading, defamatory, or offensive.
Illegal, harmful, abusive, or harassing.
Infringing on intellectual property rights.
Not engage in fraud, scams, or spamming.
Paxmeet may take action (warnings, suspension, legal action) against violations.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of their event content, images, and posts.
By uploading content, you grant Paxmeet a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content for Platform purposes.
Paxmeet branding, logos, and software are the exclusive property of the Company and cannot be copied or used without permission.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Paxmeet collects and processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We comply with:
Indian IT Act 2000 and rules thereunder,
GDPR (EU) where applicable,
Other global data protection laws as relevant.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or success of events.
Paxmeet is not responsible for third-party services integrated with the Platform (payment gateways, email providers, etc.).
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paxmeet and its affiliates are not liable for:
Injuries, losses, or damages from attending events.
Technical errors, downtime, or data loss.
User or host conduct.
If liability arises, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Paxmeet in the last 6 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paxmeet, its officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Platform,
Your hosted events or posted content, or
Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
12. Termination
Paxmeet may suspend or terminate your account for violations, fraud, or unlawful activity.
You may delete your account anytime through account settings.
Termination does not affect obligations regarding payments, liabilities, or content rights.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mathura U.P. and New Delhi.
For users outside India, local consumer protection rights may still apply.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the revised Terms.
