PAXMEET - PAYMENT + ACTIVITY + SUBSCRIPTION FLOW

Dec 10, 2025

Paxmeet is a real-world social activity platform enabling users to host or join small-scale offline activities. We process three kinds of payments:
(1) user subscriptions for digital features,
(2) in-app promotional placements purchased by hosts, and
(3) entry pass charges collected from guests for host-led activities.

For paid activities, hosts complete KYC and bank verification to become vendors. Funds collected from guests are held until the activity ends, after which Paxmeet deducts commission and pays the remaining balance to the host. Refunds occur only when an activity is cancelled by the host or Paxmeet. All payments currently occur on our mobile apps.

Paxmeet is owned by Trigunaye Technologies Private Limited incorporated on 12 Sept, 2025.
Two equal owners - Abhay Agrawal and Ritik Mehra (Also, the Directors)
Date - 10 Dec, 2025
